anyone who knows me, knows a love a body suit!
This new one piece has been over a year in the making, and I’m so proud to finally share it with you. It’s not just another product — it’s a piece of me, a moment I’ll always remember, and something I hope you love as much as I do. So excited for Launch Day!
1. The Journey and Why I Wanted to Create This Piece
This collaboration with Muscle Nation has been in the works since March last year, and it means so much to me. I wanted to create something truly intentional. A piece that reflects my lifestyle, values, and the women I connect with every day. From the beginning, the vision was clear: to design something that makes you feel powerful, comfortable, and confident.
2. Being Involved in Every Step
I’ve been hands-on with this one from day one — from the fit and fabric to the final colour choices. Every detail was considered. I wanted this piece to feel like me and to represent everything I stand for — strength, simplicity, and purpose.
3. Why I Chose a One-Piece
There’s something so timeless and bold about a one-piece. I love that you can throw it on and instantly feel put together, whether you’re training, walking, or just moving through your day. It’s powerful, effortless, and versatile — exactly what I need in my wardrobe.

4. Fabric and Fit That Moves With You
The fit was non-negotiable. It had to sculpt, support, and move with the body. The fabric we chose feels like second skin — soft, stretchy, and supportive. You can train in it, live in it, and feel amazing in it all day long.
5. The Colours and Their Vibe
I wanted to offer three colours that really captured different moods. Each one makes me feel something different — strong, calm, elevated. Whether you want to stand out or keep it classic, there’s something here for you. I’ll also share how I like to style each one, both for training and lifestyle.
6. Creating for Empowerment This one-piece was designed with the intention of making women feel good in their bodies. I want you to feel empowered every time you wear it. It’s more than activewear — it’s a reflection of how far we’ve come and what we’re capable of.
